FIELD SERVICES

DATA IS OUR CORE BUSINESS™ — and field data is a big part of it. Over the past 20 years, our timber cruising and measurement crews have established more than 40,000 temporary and permanent sample plots. This data has been used to develop detailed inventory statistics and piece size distributions, block and compartment log profiles as well as yield curves for annual allowable cut calculations and detailed forest management planning. We are experienced data end-users and pride ourselves on our dedication to provide accurate, high quality data.

WHAT WE OFFER

Our measurements team offers a complete range of field services utilizing the latest in data collection and GPS technology. Field staff are trained in operations and ecological assessments, allowing them to undertake a variety of different projects. Intensive training, supervision and quality control audits ensure top quality measurements.

Our field crews work year round and can be deployed in remote locations. Field infrastructure includes self-contained trailer camps and a fleet of all terrain vehicles (trucks, quads, snowmobiles). No project is too big or too small.
