Use of High Technology Where Appropriate
Silvacom is as modern and high tech as any consulting entity, yet we hold fast to “tried and true” methods in areas where high tech simply has not proven to be as good, or as cost effective, as traditional methods.
“Independence” in Quality Control (QC)
The Silvacom QC and quality assurance program requires that Silvacom staff members do not check their own work in our internal audit processes. All checks are made independently by other staff members, and any problems discovered are recorded in hardcopy. The hardcopy record is saved permanently, and it is provided to our clients as proof of our QC/QA system. Our ISO 9001 certification is proof that we do what we say and say what we do.
